Progressivism is the belief that ordinary folks deserve the same chance as anyone to get ahead. It’s about fairness—making sure hard work is rewarded, families can afford healthcare, schools remain strong, and government answers to the people, not big money.
Progressivism is just common sense—it’s the idea that we only move forward when we all move forward. It means fixing what’s broken, keeping opportunity within reach, and making sure the rules are NOT written by the rich and powerful, but written by and for the people.
In short, progressivism is plain fairness, honest government, and a better deal for working people.
